Welcome to Wellness

I primarily treat adults struggling with life transitions, depression and anxiety.  I work with clients to identify problematic beliefs and behaviors impacting different aspects of their life with the goal of helping them gain a new perspective, learn stress-reduction coping skills, improve communication and self-esteem to live a healthy lifestyle.

How Long & Often do we Meet?

Psychotherapy sessions are typically 45 minutes long occurring once a week. Depending on your needs we may be able to meet more frequently.

Pricing

For individuals who have insurance with out-of-network coverage, I would be more than glad to provide you a monthly superbill receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Prior to your appointment, please inquire with your insurance company to find out details about your out-of-network coverage and deductible. My rate is $200 to $250 per session if you are interested in paying out of pocket. Payments can be made in cash, check or using Venmo on a session basis.
